US Stock
Donating stock can benefit you and fuel our impact.
Donating stock to The Clean Wave can be a great way to support us while taking advantage of tax incentives.
When you donate stock, we receive a larger donation than if you sold the stock and donated the after-tax proceeds, while you may be able to deduct the fair market value of the stock of the donation from your taxable income. Additionally, by donating stock directly, you avoid paying capital gains taxes on the appreciated value, which you would incur if you sold the stock and donated the proceeds.
Crypto
Donate directly, transparently and efficiently with Crypto!
In most cases, cryptocurrency donations are considered charitable contributions and can be tax-deductible. Donating crypto directly to a nonprofit allows you to avoid capital gains tax that would typically apply if you sold the crypto and donated the proceeds. It also means we get more when you donate crypto directly!

Part of zero waste is using things for their whole lifetime and up cycling old materials.
If you’re looking to upgrade your vehicle, equipment, or tools and the old ones still work, were happy to give them a new life. There are other items, like quality buckets, we are always looking for.

Land
Land preservation and regeneration is central to the health and well-being of our environment and community.
The Clean Wave has been entrusted to act as stewards of donated land and the land of others.
We are actively searching for land to use as our headquarters, for gathering spaces, for local viveros and community gardens, and for other projects.
