In partnership with Wonder Away, we offer vocational internships that train participants to become certified dive professionals and eco-tourism leaders.
Through this collaboration, students gain globally recognized certifications while learning how to operate in sustainable, eco-minded ways that promote the health of our underwater environments. You will graduate ready to lead tours, manage programs, and build careers that protect the places you love.

You’ll spend your days exploring the depths of the Pacific, working beside experienced instructors, and learning how to share the magic of the ocean with others. Through this internship, you will train to become a certified PADI Divemaster while discovering the coastlines, wildlife, and underwater worlds of Costa Rica.

Our diving partners are paid fairly for their expertise, and all remaining proceeds directly support our marine conservation and education initiatives.
Your trips empower local youth.
When you volunteer & dive with us, a portion of the funds go towards vocational experience and training for local youth.
This means you’ll be working alongside Costa Rican’s gaining their own certifications, advancing their careers, and learning skills in ecotourism, scuba diving, and environmental fields.
